Accommodation
Our accommodation begins at the main house, the Villa, where you will find reception, our restaurant, reading room, TV room, bar and billiard room. On the first and second floor of the Villa are the bedrooms, each with private bathroom.
At about one kilometre from the Villa is la Palazzina (dependence)
Here you will find a communal sitting room, television and fireplace, as well as a snacks and drinks vending machine.
The bedrooms here are on the ground, first and second floors. All have private bathrooms.
Right next to the Palazzina is a large outdoor relaxation area with sun chairs, umbrellas, swimming pool and tennis/soccer court.
The apartments, located in several renovated farmhouses, are two kilometres from the Villa and fitted with kitchen facilities, terracotta floors, wooden beams, stone features and typical Tuscan art and furniture.
Two-room apartment: for two people and includes a living room, kitchenette with raised fireplace, bedroom with double bed and a bathroom.
Three-room apartment: for four people and includes a living room, kitchenette with raised fireplace, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.
Four-room apartment: for six people and includes a living room, kitchenette with raised fireplace, bedroom with double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom.
Five-room apartment: for eight people and includes a living room, kitchenette with raised fireplace, two bedrooms with double beds, two bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom.
Apartments can be on the ground floor, first floor or divided between two floors.
In some Villa and Palazzina rooms it is possible to add a third or forth bed.
Restaurant
Located on the ground floor of the Villa, our restaurant is divided into different rooms, each of which is fitted with stone and brick detailing. Here our very own hotel chef will prepare for you traditional and genuine Tuscan fare using local and seasonal products bought from nearby farms.
Our hotel also provides a Reception, Internet point, Bar, Restaurant, sitting room, small library, games rooms with billiard table, large Italian-style garden with views of the Maremma, parking and Verzura theatre.
Guests can also enjoy our two pools with poolside terrace located close to the Villa or close to the Palazzina, our children’s play area, outdoor ping pong table, tennis court, squash court and mountain bike rental.
